1. One Blood - Terence Jay"A song from a film I'm a part of called Green Street Hooligans. It is not often that I would listen to a song from a movie, but this one is really strong and it works beautifully in the film as well. The movie is coming to theaters in september."
2. Even Now We Are Preparing to Love You - Puny Human
"This song sounds like it's always on the verge of falling apart. Foot tapping, hip shaking good times!"
3. King - Fireball Ministry
"Probably my favorite tune from Fireball. A riff that cannot be denied. Thank you Reverend Rota."
4. Summer's Gone - Aberfeldy
"A brilliantly infectious pop song from Scotland's Aberfeldy. I love the organ."
5. If You Want Me to Stay - Sly and The Family Stone
"If I asked, I always come back to this song as my favorite of all time. Sly Stone, where are you?"
6. Throw Me Away - James Chance
"Unhinged with an incredible groove. The contortions were amazing. Thanks Eugene."
7. Damaged Goods - Gang of Four
"From their recently reissued Entertainment!. Every song on this record is brilliant. You can certainly hear where many new bands are pooling their idea's from."
8. Mr. Sellack - The Roches
"A trio they were, from New York City. I love this song. Never fails to make me smile."
9. Tom Cat (Electric Mud) - Muddy Waters
"This record was panned by critics upon its release, as it veered too far away from the relatively traditional blues format they were used to from Muddy Waters. A truly incredible record of classic muddy tunes re-envisioned into funky blues fusion."
10. When You Were Mine - Prince
"I love everything Prince has done from his first record up until LoveSexy, and this is still the tune I probably go back to the most. Not really indicative of his sound at all; shows off the kind of songwriting range he had."
11. God Only Knows (stereo version) - The Beach Boys
"This had to be one of the greatest songs ever written. Always sends me off."
12. Fearless - Pink Floyd
"My favorite Pink Floyd song off my favorite record of theirs. I believe the chorus at the end are Chelsea United supporters."
13. Alberto Balsalm - Aphex Twin
"One of my favorite Aphex Twin songs. Incredible percussion and quite melancholic."
14. Space Oddity - The Langley Schools Music Project
"I love this record. Hans Fenger, a music teacher at the Langley Schools in canada uringthe mid seventies, led his class to learn music by performing popular hits from the period. The results are rough around the edges and completely pure. this version of David Bowie's class is truly haunting."
15. But Not for Me - Chet Baker
"My favorite of Chet's vocal tunes; beautiful and sad. Such an incredible voice. Check out "Let's Get Lost"; a brilliant and disturbing documentary of his life."
16. Baro Foro - Gogol Bordello
"Late night party song off of Gogol Bordello's second record. Look out for their new record in August and enrich your life by seeing them live!"
